You can’t normally control wildlife however you can sometimes remove them.
Whilst a dead snake would be treated as a loose impediment and can be removed, make sure it is dead first!.
A live snake is classed as an outside agent and cannot be removed rule 23
How about this one
You have just finished playing a hole and have walked to the next tee.
You then realise that you have left a club behind and go and retrieve it.
Unfortunately you have fallen foul of rule 6-7 (undue delay) and will be subject to loss of a hole in match play or two strokes in stroke play 6-7/1
